Q: Do I need to put money into my API key accounts?
A: Yes, for now. I would suggest starting off with a smaller amount and trying it out to get a sense of how many tokens it uses. Do also note the more complex the AI’s personality prompt is and the longer it is used, the more expensive the API usage will get. Support for different APIs including free and locally hosted ones is currently in the works.
Q: Bedrock/Console/1.21.1 Port When?
A: Because of how Minecraft is coded to completely revamp certain features code wise across different versions, ports for different older versions of Minecraft require significant changes. I don’t want to spend time porting the mod to other versions while it is in an unfinished state, so these probably won’t be available for a while. Same deal with bedrock, its coded completely different so its just a massive pain to deal with.
Q: Custom/Locally Hosted API Support When?
A: Soon, I will probably start working on it after the current version goes live. If you’re reading this right now that means it isn’t out yet.
